A good Cinema is a Cinema that makes any viewer to relate himself with it. It takes him on a ride to his childhood and takes him through his youth and make himself stand in front of him.
In the country where good cinema are categorized as "Off beat", Taare zameen par is going to its own road.
Taare zameen Par is a true "world class movie" in all the senses of the word .
The industry where in the serious cinema are watched only by intellectuals and scholars (becos they are too boring for the common man to watch ), Taare zameen par is going to be the first good movie which is going to talk to the common man not about international politics or poverty or globalization but about the subject which is most neglected by the Indian cinema industry "The Child".
It is not a movie for children it is the movie about the children for the elders.

I know that one movie cannot make any huge difference and it will be forgotten in the midst of award nights and nth jubilee celebrations. But when years past I can show this movie to my son/daughter and say "See the quality of the movies which where made in my times".
